Urban Art Fair 2018

I popped over the road to check out the Urban Art Fair. This annual event was someone subdued as they normally corden off the street but the local council wanted too much money this year. The event therefore was stuck on the pavement only which seems to have taken part of this event's soul. Here is what I saw.
