Stockwell Festival 2018
A couple of weeks ago I went to photograph the Stockwell Festival, something I've been doing for the past couple of years. The weather was hot to say the least, on average 30 degrees with the sun baking down for most of the day. Perfect weather for a festival you would think but sadly the event clashed with England playing in the World Cup and London Pride so attendance was thin on the ground compared to previous years. Having said that it meant that those who did attend could get closer to the action. There was a wide variety of activities from live acts on the stage, tae-kwon do demonstrations, go carting, a dog show, a local choir, Swing Patrol, local charities and services as well as lots of traders. Here are some of my favourite from the day.
