Canal Cavalcade

The other week OH and I went to Little Venice in North London to enjoy the sights and sounds of the annual Canal Cavalcade celebrating living and working on the canal. OH and I spent a wonderful week on our first ever holiday together on a small canal boat (pre blog so no posts I'm afraid)  and this year we intend to go to the Leeds Liverpool canal (though admittedly we are staying on land and walking parts of the tow path) so we were quite at home but I've not seen quite as many boats together at any one time. The sun was out and the colours along the water were incredible. Here are some images of the day.
